We provide bookkeeping, accounting support, consulting, and automation/integration services as agreed with authorized users and clients.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive manner, and not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

3. Accounts and Authorizations

You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and authorization rights for any third-party systems you connect (including QuickBooks).

4. Third-Party Platforms

Use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or policy changes imposed by those platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, workflows, and deliverables remain subject to applicable intellectual property law.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security concerns, or legal requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.
